OVERVIEW:
Unless otherwise stated in your Order, these Order and Delivery Policies apply to orders for meats from House of Carnivore. The applicable Order and Delivery Policies are the policies in effect on the date that your order is placed with House of Carnivore. This policy is applicable in
Australia where House of Carnivore conducts business, regardless of the entity you place your order with.
“You” and “Your” refers to the individual or entity that has ordered meat from House of Carnivore.
These Order and Delivery Policies are subject to change at House of
Carnivore discretion.
CHANGE ORDER:
A change order is any alteration to an order after the final order documentation has been executed and submitted to House of Carnivore for booking; at this time, the order is considered final. Requests for change must come from the party that placed the order with House of Carnivore.
Changes will not be implemented until authorized by you on a Change Authorization Form. Any alteration to order after this date is subject to a change order fee as described herein.
The following changes are allowed with no change order fee: Change to the billing address and/or billing contact, provided the change is within the same country as the original order. Change to purchase order number
The following changes are not allowed after the final order documentation has been executed and submitted to House of Carnivore for booking: Change to the Customer on the order, Change in payment terms, Change ship to the location to a different address, Change the number of products.
Any other changes requested are subject to House of Carnivore’s discretion and if we agree to make a change, we will charge you a fee equal to a minimum of 3% of the net charges for the meat that is being modified, plus any incremental charges based on the modified part(s). Changes will not be implemented until authorized by you on a Change Authorization Form and accepted by House of Carnivore.
Additions to your order, e.g. ordering a new item, shall be done on a
separate order.
CANCELLATION:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order After it has been shipped, please follow the
RETURN POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. The cancellation will have to be treated as a
Return with all applicable fees.
Under serval circumstances, there will be no cancellation fees:
Return the products to the driver during and not signing the invoice during delivery House of Carnivore cancels the orders due to limited stock or other unexpected incidents.
